Supporting Your Journey, Your Way
We look at the whole person, not just the plan. Mindful Pathways Support provides non-clinical disability support that builds
independence, trust and consistency in everyday life.
Who we are
Mindful Pathways Support is a registered NDIS provider based in Perth, WA.
We provide psychology-informed, non-clinical disability support that looks at the whole person, not just the plan.
Our team supports people to build independence, routine, confidence and community connection through consistent, respectful support.
We work alongside participants, families, support coordinators and allied health teams where consent is provided.
We are not a clinical service. We do not provide therapy, counselling, psychological assessment or diagnosis. Our role is to support daily life with dignity, trust and care.
New enquiries are welcome across Perth. We will listen carefully, talk through the support needs and be honest about whether MPS is the right fit.

How to get started
Getting started should feel calm and clear. Here’s how it works.
First
Get in touch
Book an intro call, send a referral, or email us. We will ask a few simple questions to understand what support is needed and your preferred days and times.
Next
Confirm the right fit
We talk through goals, support needs, communication preferences, and any important routines. With consent, we can liaise with the wider support team to keep everyone aligned.
Then
Begin support
We confirm next steps in writing, agree on scheduling, and start support in a calm, consistent way that fits everyday life.
With consent, we can liaise with the wider support team so support stays aligned with agreed goals and strategies.
Who we support
We work with people across the full spectrum of disability and support needs, including physical, sensory, neurological, intellectual, psychosocial, and complex or multiple needs. Every person we support has their own goals and their own way of getting there. Our job is to walk alongside them, at their pace.
